Our client, a well-known Mechanical/Electrical Contractor for sales and after sales of Elevator, Generator set, Air Conditioner and Fire and Alarm system is currently looking for professional to fill the position as:
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and implementation of project
* Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
* Define project tasks and resource requirements
* Develop full scale project plans
* Assemble and coordinate project staff
* Manage project budget
* Manage project resource allocation
* Plan and schedule project timelines
* Provide direction and support to project team
* Quality assurance
* Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
* Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
* Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Requirements:
- Male, with max age 35 years old
- Minimal Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic)
- Working Experience min. 3 years in mechanical/electrical projects: Elevator, Generator set, AC.
- Project Oriented and good in communication (oral and written)
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Fluent in English and Mandarin in an advantage (Oral and Written)
